These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kinph Casino platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
kinph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identity document — such as a Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, UMID, passport, or driver's license — and any additional documentation kinph may reasonably request. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinph account credentials. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. kinph reserves the right to suspend accounts where submitted information is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, including accounts where the registered mobile number is no longer active.
kinph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods as displayed in your account dashboard from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status, active bonus wagering requirements, and any applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits. kinph targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary due to payment provider conditions beyond kinph's direct control.
All transactions on the kinph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where foreign currency transactions occur due to payment provider routing, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kinph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, following written notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the kinph Platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all kinph bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

All content on the kinph Platform — including but not limited to the kinph brand name, logo, trade dress, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of kinph or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any kinph content without express written authorisation. Unauthorized use of kinph intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kinph, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kinph Platform.
kinph's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kinph makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or security breach. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party payment provider outages may affect Platform availability. kinph will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
kinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering a kinph account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
kinph may share player data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable Philippine law and gaming regulations. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of kinph's privacy obligations to you.
kinph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; PAGCOR regulatory direction; or where kinph reasonably determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of the player.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.
You may close your kinph account at any time by contacting kinph support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Self-exclusion closures are processed immediately upon request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through kinph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who wish to escalate a dispute that has not been resolved by kinph's support team may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official complaint process.
kinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the kinph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact kinph support to request account closure.
