kinph's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Asia-Pacific region. Where personal data is transferred to processors or sub-processors located outside the Philippines — including cloud service providers or game content delivery networks — kinph ensures that such transfers are subject to adequate safeguards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including standard contractual data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient.
